For stays 1 week or less our fees will be $20 per night, for stays 2- 3 weeks, we offer a discounted rate of $19 per night, for stays longer than 3 weeks up to 4 weeks we offer a discounted rate of $18 per night, max stays 4 weeks with exception of rare cases that may be negotiated on a case by case basis directly between renters and management staff.
